Be careful when doing your laundry around the cats - they love to jump in the dryer (especially front loaders). My two will jump in when I turn away to clean out the lint filter.

I read a story where a woman started the dryer and then heard some strange clunking noises. Luckily, she stopped the dryer and let the cat out (unharmed I believe).
