This is my elderly neighbour's car. She had it for the last 20 years or so. She is very particular with the maintanence of her cars but lately have let it sit since she bought a new Mercedes diesel. The car still has current registration and inspection. She has recent receipts adding over $10k in repairs which includes a rebuilt transmission and rebuilt engine. So, the car runs fantastic! No smoke, no sluggish accelaration etc. that you will find in a diesel. The air conditioner works just perfect also and she spent a fortune on that which includes a new aircon system. The breaks and tires, suspension all solid. The only thing is... she let some water sip to the floor and being 65 years old, she let it sit over the years and front driverside floor is rusted but covered by the carpet. Also, the paint is original and cracking at many places but still very presentable. The interior could withstand some covers but it is not torn and ugly! Just a few spots to address. Anyway, the price is cheap! Only at $2700 firm and you can drive it cross country. Her husband passed a few years ago and so she asked me if I could handle the sale since Iam her neighbour and I have a old BMW 2002. Iam located in Lancaster TX and you can drive it cross country with vegetable oil in it. No conversion needed as long as the temparature is hot. If it gets cold then just add 50+50 diesel.
