i try to keep a low profile at work because we're not supposed to be on the boards and I can't get on Photobucket from work either.

I'll be working from home this afternoon so I'll put up some pics then.

We got a 1980 Vespa P125x (points ignition, 125cc, manual start...) its red/orange and I think what they call a large frame??? but I'm not sure. Its missing a cylinder & piston as well as a bunch of little ancillary stuff.

Mine is a 1963 GL. The first model and year of the much debated trapezoid headlight. It was considered their luxury model back then and after a few years they made it sportier and changed the name to Sprint which is a very popular model. Yours is a large frame and is one of the more popular and reliable models.

The way you tell a large frame from a small frame, other than engine size and frame size, is that on large frames you can remove the back fenders and small frames they are part of the frame.
