Just lift up on lower section & it should release. Back section has 2 screws at base of seat.

Pull the front edge of the bottom section straight up. It's held in place by two spring clips. Once they're free of the carpeted metal piece below the seat, you can just drag the seat out of the car.
Next, there are two (10mm?) sheet-metal screws below the back section of the seat that hold it in place. Remove these two screws, then push the back section straight up to free it from the two clips that hold the top in place. Then drag it out of the car, just as you did the bottom section.
I'm sure C.D. will provide complete diagrams shortly.
