Subject: is it just me or has this site been buggy lately?

I have had a lot of troubles with the site not working at all or loading really slow for the past couple of weeks. It has those issues like 40% of the time. Also, the past few days the site has been defaulting to threaded view instead of being the normal flat view. A major annoyance. I am on a Mac and thought it could just be Safari but when I use Firefox it does the same thing.

Has anyone else had issues like this?

Thought it was just me. Guess not.

Very intermittent - sometimes fast, sometimes extreeeeemely slow. And the presentation sometimes gets weird and out of alignment.
