I have two of their motors, 2.2L Hiflo. I have not had any issues with either. Never had them dyno'd but they seem somewhere around 150-155hp mark. _________________ -Justin

Years ago I was at Ofest (94) and at the vender area they had Jim across from Ray Korman. It was funny to see how they "regarded" each other's method of tuning.

Too funny.
I have a 1 inch Max stick sway bar from MM and a yet to be installed, 5 speed mount and kit.

I had a 2.2L HiFlo Sport motor from MM. Unfortunately, one of the "back cut" intake valves suffered a metalurgical failure, during a commute from work, and distributed its pieces into the head and pistons. This was at 3000 rpms, Mobil-1 only, and after 29,000 miles.
Had the head pressure checked. TIG'ed the gashes and cut in new valve seats in two combustion chambers. Putting in new SS intake valves from Ireland Engineering. So, the $1600 head has been saved.
It appears that the "planishing" of the valve pieces by the pistons caused a cracked cylinder wall.
I've still got the bottom end parts. Not sure what I'll keep, other than the head.
Anyhow, there was no warranty. I bought the car with this motor in it, used. It was great fun, and it did have good power, though.

Randy Bryant
