Subject: Girlfriend won't give my O2 shirt back

Dear Love Mechanic,

My girlfriend and I are doing great and have been dating for over three months now. However, she spent the night a while ago and wanted something to sleep in, so I gave her one of my prize possesion BMW 2002 T-shirts (design below).

But now the bitch won't give it back. She says it looks cute on her as a night shirt (it really does) and, since my car never works it's the closest I'll come to riding an O2 (crass, but another good point). And finally, I have lots of O2 shirts, so apparently I can afford to lose one.

What should I do mechanic? I really want my damn shirt back, but is it worth losing my girl over?

I have a couple dozen different 02 t-shirts, but hadn't seen that one. Very cool. You have to get it back. Lesson learned: Keep your 02 goodies away from your next girlfriend. Get her a Buick t-shirt or something... _________________ HarryPR BMWCCA #19290

Ok, I asked. Outlook not good. That's her above. She never does what I ask and hates American cars. She's actually a huge bimmer fan, but prefers the newer stuff . . . But nobody's perfect. Last edited by SeanH on 6-26-08 01:25; edited 1 time in total

Thanks Andy, now we're gonna have to have the "M" conversation again. I'll be sure to put all BMW paraphernalia in the pre-nup. :-)

I mean there is just no way we can help you with this without this data.

her attractiveness is directly proportional to me wanting getting the shirt back. If she's just ok looking then get you prized shirt back and DTB. If she's "VERY NICE" then I just take lots of pictures of her in the t-shirt preferably in just the T-shirt to remember you shirt by.

The time has come... i design and make shirts as a hobby... just so happens i share my heart with bmw and other related topics... I would be willing to put some shirts together and supply them to anyone interested at a cost price.....roughly $6-10 shipped, for the first one..white t-shirt. A word of mouth means of advertising would be worth it to me. I'm located in south west Florida. Please get a hold of me if interested. Attached is an example of the abstract style i provide. My idea is based on image that someone into the car(s) would recognize...others will question.

Sometimes I picture C.D. as a curmudgeon. Othertimes I envision the absent minded professor. But after this remark, I see him as a kindred spirit.
