1974 BMW 2002 Blue/Green exterior with tan and black interior.

My brother and I bought this car as our next project, but he is moving and I don't have enough time to dedicate to this great BMW 2002. We bought it from the 2nd owner and the car has not been retitled, so you could be the 3rd owner.

Paint is about 2 years old, only a few chips and very few dings.
There is minor surface rust in the usual place, bottom of doors, under the hood, under the trunk lid
There are 2 areas of the trunk that the rust has corroded through and will need to be repaired
Interior has aftermarket carpet in ok shape
Seats are ok with driver's side containing a few rips
headliner has a few rips, but is holding up
I rebuit the carb and did a tune up in May 2008
The previous owner did a full suspension and wiring overhaul a few years ago

Overall the car drives, shifts and brakes well, but there are a few problems to address. The tachometer doesn't work; the rust areas need addressing; interior could use some TLC. I don't know much about these particular cars, so if there is any specific questions you need to know just shoot me an email and I'll do my best to answer it.
