Subject: KEN LOVE STRIKES AGAIN!!!

Even though I was able to use public pressure to get this guy to finally pay what he owed me, I've just learned of another incident involving him. No doubt the complainant will be making a detailed posting of his own, but in the meantime, you'd be wise to avoid any dealings with:

Does this website have no Moderator/Administrator? Is there truly no way to get people like this permanently banned from this site before they can wreak any more havoc???

I'm glad I got my stuff from him before he went bad. Why do people do this. It is a no brainer. people pay you send.....

That’s a good thing. Punks like this get away with ripping off the amateurs but when they go after professional or business's, those professionals have professional Lawyers....

Feedback would be nice but since we don't have it post them now. I am always buying. I would rather buy from fellow members but if some of these are dirtbags I would like to know now and rather not go through the hassle later.

BLUNT, That's what I can't figure out? It seems like every other website I've ever visited features a "Contact Us" button, a "Report Fraudulent/Abusive Postings" button etc. - why not this site? Who exactly is in charge of this website, or is there anybody in charge??? Ian Pringle

I was just reviewing my email correspondence with Ken Love - realized I still had on file an email from Paypal saying a Ken Lowe was trying to forward me a payment. When I brought this to Ken Love's attention at the time, he dismissed it as a simple typo on his part - which is a bit odd, as the v and w are nowhere near each other on the keyboard. The plot thickens....

This guy just shafted me for some recaro seat parts that I paid for via paypal. Buyer beware with this guy. Fortunately, it was not for much money. The last email I sent said something to the effect that either send the parts or I would publicly embarass you on the 2002 FAQ. Looks like you guys beat me to it!

ccrelan, That was the exact approach I used with Ken Love - he eventually mailed me a money order for the full amount, the envelope postmarked within seven hours of my posting my beef with him! If you do the same, hopefully you'll get the same results. Ian

Hello all, If it is too much hassle to create a feedback forum, perhaps Steve could sticky a transaction feedback THREAD in the parts forum. This works quite well at the mye28.com site and good and bad feedback on transactions is there for all to review. The thread always appears on the first page of the forum if it is stickied. Chris

Here's a (semi-dastardly) thought I had. If all the legitimate users of this website sent the occasional email to Ken Love (email address above) and all the other dubious characters who seem to be infiltrating this site - just a simple little email message along the lines of "Hey Ken, how's it going, dude? Read any good 2002 FAQ postings lately?" - maybe, at some point, these people would realize it's easier/cheaper to pay their outstanding debts than it is to replace their entire computer after it suffers a complete meltdown due to an overloaded email Inbox? Just a (nasty) thought......

That's the impression I've been getting from several of Ken Love's former customers - he once was legit, and then he "went bad" at some point for reasons unknown..... Ian

02Les, Any thoughts then on why he seems to honor some deals and not others? Sometimes he pays up promptly, other times very slowly, other times not at all. I sure wish I could figure this guy out?.... Ian
