My MZ3 Coupe is sold and I'm soon to be without a car. I'm searching the far reaches of the nation for a nice example e30. I've found a few, but either the seller is getting cold feet, the price is too high, or there's too many issues. I figured I'd try to enlist the help of anyone here just to make sure I'm looking everywhere. I have all the major forums (Roadfly, Bimmerforums, R3vlimited, e30tech) and Craigslist covered, although I haven't had the free time to be able to search every sub-tropolis of LA. I've been mainly sticking to Denver, Portland, Boise, Phoenix, and maybe a few others. I even made the dreadful call to my local dealership to help in the search.
I'm at a point where I don't have time to buy a fixer due to the fact that I'm very busy with work, family, training, moving, etc, so unfortunately I'm looking for a nice clean and slightly modified (i.e. lowered, new paint, etc) example.
Anyone see one in their local area for sale?

That is right up the street from me. If I could sell my e34 I would be over it in a heartbeat. I haven't checked it out in depth but from a quick look over it seemed to be really solid and the body was really clean. |
