Subject: Attention Blunt, and CJ, as well as anyone who cares.

Guys,

I know we have always had a reputation of being slow to deliver product, and frankly, as much as it bothers me, it doesn't bother me as much as this does.

Here's the scoop. I pay my bills, have a great credit rating, and have never ripped anyone off. I'm not about to start now, so we need to fix this. I've sent both of you emails privately, but this is clearly a public issue now, which is why I'm here.

Blunt, in my defense, I tried to pay you with a cheque, MONTHS ago. You wanted PayPal, but PayPal is not connected to my business accounts, and never will be. My book keeper doesn't want it that way, and either do I. The parts I ordered from Blunt that time were for a customer's M1, and were billed through the shop. A cheque or Visa was the only way to do it cleanly. I explained this to Blunt, and told him I would get him PayPal as soon as it hit my box. I've sent periodic payments, but I'm not doing Ebay sales anymore, so PayPal is seldom used. Sure, some may say it's an excuse, but it's the truth, plain and simple.

CJ, in my defense, we had problems with the springs, which you and I were working on addressing. If you recall, we weren't sure if I was going to keep them, or return them, and try a different setup. We wanted to wait a bit longer, and see how they settled. I got busy, you got busy, and then I sold the car, along with the springs. Next step was ordering your carpet, and if you recall then, neither one of us could remember if the springs had been settled financially or not. I asked you to ask your book keeper, but I never got a reply until very recently. Also, looking at my records, I see the PayPal for your carpet was short. Was that in leiu of the springs? Honestly, I can't remember, so I'm asking you. All that is clear, is we obviously have yet to come to a final number. Let's fix that.

So, sorry this has become so public, but it's also worth noting that in past orders with Blunt, and Cris, bills were paid right away, no troubles at all from me.

Anyway, Blunt, if you'll take a cheque, I'll mail it out today, same as CJ. Let me know guys.

Al

I think I sent you $100 of it, and most of it went to pay for the carpet. I gave Cris special pricing on the carpet, in exchange for a mention in his magazine feature. Because of that, the profit was pretty low, and I ordered the raw carpet from a US source, which I don't keep on acocunt. I paid for it on my PayPal Mastercard, and you got the lion's share of what was left. That's it man, I;ve been nothing but honest.

HAHA, you think that was a blubbery apology? Hardly. I'm doing fine here, just want to put this to bed.

For the record, I did not invite Esty into this conversation.

you made yourself a public spectacle when you used the forums to loot and pillage innocent people

As I recall, I paid you in full via Paypal. It was the total YOU gave me.

As far as the springs, Yes I wanted to wait until you settled in the springs, but a year later and after you SOLD a vehicle the WITH the springs installed.

Hey CJ,

I have none of the email convos between you and. Lost them all in the laptop crash a few weeks back. And my memory sucks, so I can't remember what I told you. I know I gave you a deal, but $400USD seems absurdly cheap to me. Whatever, too late now.

Anyway, send me an email off board with the balance I owe you, and I'll cut the cheque.

While some of you are entertaining yourselves with the mindless drama, and occasional pissing contests that Al Canuck seems to inspire people to..the fact is that this man has defrauded some very good people in this community. This is a crime. If someone took $350 out of your wallet, you would report it to the authorities. If someone robbed you of properties, you would report it. Since he seems more interested in playing internet games and making excuses than delivering the goods or money that he has promised, take action. Face it...he is never going to grow integrity and send you either the money or goods he owes you. He is never going to send the goods when he says he will. There are plenty of avenues for those of you who sent this loser money for products or services that have since gone uncollected.

If you sent him either goods or money via the USPS, you can file a formal complaint here:

https://www.usps.com/postalinspectors/fraud/MailFraudComplaint.htm

The International Division of Consumer Protection allows you to file a complaint with the FTC here:

http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/bcpidcp.htm

The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) and you can file a complaint with them here:

http://www.ic3.gov/

Paypal will allow disputes to be filed when items are paid for and not recieved in a timely manner. Some of you may not know, but for Al Canuck to be covered against claims for goods not received, he must ship them within ten days of receiving your payment. He must provide you with an online tracking number, or a refund will be constituted by Paypal. To file a claim via paypal, simply log in to your account and use the Resolution Center tab at the top left of the page.

And for the sake of the forum and enthusiasts everywhere, spread the word that Al Larson should never be trusted. His business practices are disgusting. His excuses are transparent. His gross violation of the trust of members of this community and his inability to make good on his (typo/brain fart/outright lies) claims have shown him to be what he really is; Cheap and greedy and dishonest.

Maybe the authorities can help you recover what information was lost on your laptop. I hear "my memory sucks" doesn't really hold up in court as to why you didn't send someone their money or goods for over a year.

Can't you guys just email each other like a smart person would do instead of wasting more space and giving everybody more and more reasons as to why not to trust you in the future? I don't want to read this shit and frankly, it doesn't apply to anybody else besides those who you've done business with, Al. I know you are trying to make your stories seem plausible, and really, why shouldn't you, but most of us who it doesn't apply to, don't care either way. If you said you had a complete RHD carpet set in navy blue available and you'd ship tomorrow, I'd buy it. Nothing has changed in my opinion because I know that if you do me wrong, there are ways I can get my money back, just like someone posted previously. Those people who are too stupid to know how to get their money that you owe them, have too much money to be throwing around and don't probably deserve it back anyway.

You closed your store and you have some unfinished business. Fix it, settle it, stop creating more threads like these. It's just like those stupid "We Need To Be Nice To Each Other" threads - over and over and over and over and over and over (does somebody have a gun?) and over and over and over and over and over and over.....

Al,

I care, too. I care about the money I've paid, quality goods I've both delivered and received.

I am expecting you to honor your promises from November and I don't want to be any more public until I can say I'm a satisfied customer.

You need to email or call me. Numbers have not changed.

Walt
ps, I have the email history if you need a memory jog.
