Speedometer was broken when I first got the car. Later found out the the cable was not plugged in. Took it apart gave it a good cleaning and now it's back in and working.

Well the milage still does not work but at least I'll know how fast I'm going.

Heres some pics.

Are they from eBay? What are they like in terms of brightness?

Yes there are from ebay. I find then to be a lot brighter than the stock lense. I haven't gotten the Halo to work yet.. That's the next project..

Yes, second that. Id also like to see them finished.

Btw Todd, James had a writeup about an angel eye conversion for an e21 which if you decide to do this could be useful! Its on my list :-)

The angel eye are built in so I just need to figure out a way to power them. Shouldn't be to hard.

Pho made from beef bones and cooked for 48 hours? Or are we talking different Pho? :-P There are some great internet things about Pho going around right now, I was just wondering if we were on the same page :-P

So I tested the Halo yesterday and found that a set of light did not work. Emailed the vendor to get a new one. So Hopefully be able to work on this next week.

Im really interested in this project. I have a 1970 2002, and rewired the headlights so they have relays to the hi/low switch because it was getting hot and smoking.

It stays nice and cool now, and Im ready to put some new lights on. I was considering those ebay ones as I think they look cool, and cheap!

Please post about your progress with these lights, getting the halo to work, etc. I would love to mimic your work if you find some good results.

Thanx, Lance
