I think the smog was over 30 days ago, but you have 90days for transfer (I believe) if not he will get another smog check since it is CA law that it its the sellers responsibility to take care of that before a sale.

He is going to take some engine pics this weekend and I will have have him take some of the other areas you requested. If I have time today I will take the pics myself (the car is in my driveway :))

Compared to what I am finding on my '73's this thing is a jewel. I found no rust anywhere on the car.
