I guess this car has lasted me so long, she really deserves a complete makeover. Bought in 1994 for $1500 in SF bay area. Good daily driver that got me around the city for many of my early years fresh out of college. With just a year of auto shop in high school, I learned a lot about cars doing the upkeeps and some upgrades on the 2002.

Early upgrades:
Bilstein sport shocks
removed behr A/C (damn, well it was much lighter then)

August 2007, time to update the blog now that Im making a little progress

'71 califorina car with evaporative emissions removed and speaker holes installed. I'll get around to it later.

some foam straps I glued. Ive since covered these with black vinyl but need to re-do the A pillars and remember the dome light that runs up the drivers side.

Subject: thanks for the nice headliner AL !!!

no worries about it taking two months to complete, finally unwrapped it and it has the piece I need for the sunroof just like I thought. It goes in as soon as I re-wrap the rear wiring harness and redo the drivers a-pillar for the dome light. Thanks
