Who on here has them on their car? Pics?

I want to run alpina flares and am curious:
1) How hard are they to install?
2) What wheels work? (offset etc.)

thanks in advance!

there are many different types of alpina flares, which ones are you looking to run exactly? lip flares, from dapbmw, big ole pigcheeks, or some sort of box flare?

I don't think Alpina ever made box flairs. I could be wrong but I think their deal was always the pig cheek or the Dap type.

Check out Matt McGinn's shop called Sports Car Restoration relatively close to you in Connecticut. He does custom to order Alpina "pig cheek" style flares from sheet metal. He rolls and hammers them into perfection the good old fashioned way.

I have a set of Ireland Alpina flares that I was going to use on the new race car, but decided to stick with the turbo flares. We recently designed a terrific new front air dam to use with the turbo flares and I really want to continue useing it. SO, my brandie new Alpina flares are up for sale. I paid $750 from Ireland. MAke me a seriuos offer. Thanks.

I am interested in the set of flares. How do you properly attach the flare to the metalwork of the car?
Do you have any pics of the new turbo airdam you made up? Can't decide which flares I want to do as of yet. thanks
