ireland is probably your best bet i had mine rebuilt localy and it took them 2 times to get it right

smear the tap in some good heavy bearing grease before running it through, this will catch the chips so you dont have to remove the head

I've been taught to use silver anti seize compound because it doesn't attract dust like grease does

its also more important that the cam bores are straight rather than the deck surface, often times the warp can be different from top to bottom

well that piece is actually the end of the crankshaft so you could swap the cranks but if i'm not mistaken there is a needle bearing pilot needed instead of the ball bearing
