Sounds about right, just stay away from safelite. Use another vendor that will replace it with OE glass such as PPG or another one that I forget at this moment.

The MS and 5-speed will definitely help. You can play with the AFR to try and get the best mileage out of it. Right now I'm averaging between 31 & 32 MPG but there's probably room for improvement if ...

Check your plug wires as well and make sure they're getting full connection. Jiggle them around after it's warmed up and see if the idle changes at all.

I'm running a .045 gap and it's working out really well. May jump to .050 once I get the MSD coil on just to see what it does.

There's a great place in Chandler, one of the guys has a 2002 as well! I'll have to dig up the info when I get home. There's also another place on McKellips and Hayden, I think, on the SW corner.

I didn't run the shield wire and have no issues. Make sure all your grounds are going to the same place and solid.

Just my '02 cents worth.
