Trade some sweat help for lumber, hire a couple of guys out of HD and you are set. Get a planer to smooth out the lumber. Will help for wood.

They are a bit more than the regular ones (at least the rear). Same drop. They came out of a Hartge car.

Great! So I don't need to look for the bracket.
Regarding the alternator, since I won't have an injection pump, I could run the alternator on top right? (And use the brackets I have)

With the CR I would run a 3:64 or maybe a 3:45 if you could find it. A 3:90 maybe too much IMHO.
