I was able to get one bolt in. I had to remove one if the resonators due to the upward angle of my header.

Yes. Usually about 1/8 inch. Either notch the fan (not recommended) or take the spindle to grinder. Make sure to use good (urethane) bushings.

I run a Spal 13 slim fan and it looked like that was the biggest fan of that type that would fit in front of the radiator top to bottom. $69 from Jaycorptech .com. It came fast and well packed.
