What a wonderful event. It was nice to meet many 02ers yesterday. Once again, Than you Jeff and John. This was a great kick off to a real nice annual event. I look forward to the next one.

I went with Curtis' silicone garage 3 core radiator and I am extremely happy with it. Looks 100% stock and does the job. I would go this route instead of OE.

When you say the fan might be making contact with the rad, what makes you say that? Is the area in front of the fan all scratched up from the fins? May be its a bad radiator. I assume yours ...

You can get 'em from Max, e-bay, pelican parts and probably Blunt.

I have both an 02 Ti airbox, as well as a 2000 Ti airbox. 02 box on the left. 2000 box on the right.

Realize that to correctly mount the airbox, you also may have to move/modify your battery tray ...
