I know we started that 33hwy drive in the past at 7 am, but what time are we usually done?

I went with Curtis' silicone garage 3 core radiator and I am extremely happy with it. Looks 100% stock and does the job. I would go this route instead of OE.

When you say the fan might be making contact with the rad, what makes you say that? Is the area in front of the fan all scratched up from the fins? May be its a bad radiator. I assume yours ...

This is supposed to be very popular and a nice upgrade. Do a search for Lynx setup or Lynx manifold and so some reading.
