| I had a bad rear wheel bearing that did this. It took me a while to track down b/c I kept fiddling with the brakes, thinking it was them. |

Maybe consider Revolutions. Custom made to 2002 offset runs a bit under $200/wheel. You choose from a number of different center colors, too.

I don't remember the size, but know that I measured the crank pulley and bought one that was about 1/2" larger in diameter.
