I believe this is the correct part...it is a fancy rubber gasket that slides on the bottom of the aircleaner and provides a tight seal down to the 2bbl carb. I looked for one a few years ago for my 32 ...

At speed, my 2002 sounds like I have screaming bottle rockets attached to each side. It does alert the deer that I'm coming.
