don't use fiberglass other easy way out...... welding them is the proper way to do it. Also MUCH easier.

fiberglass/bondo will eventually crack.

that's a hell of a lot of tubes back there.....

well I have the time/tools/skills, tubing is cheap and the car is old and flexy.

Not to mention I will be running stiff springs and sticky rubber ...

The top of the tube is open so if I need to replace the bolt I just push it up from the bottom then fish it out of the tube with a magnet.

Ideally I would run the tube thru the sheet metal and weld ...

Nice work.....but I have to be honest. I absolutely hate the roll bar. Applaude you for trying something different on the whole car in general but I'm just not feeling this bar.......visually the line ...

besides measuring all the parts yourself...most machine shops will take your rods etc... and measure them for you and give you a report.
