| Did he have dark tinted windows? There was another green one with dark tint that frequented my Colorado Springs neighborhood when I lived there. It could have easily been the same one. |

Sorry I'm not providing all the background info like you're supposed it. Yes, EFI, ITBs, and a ton of other things ancillary to the motor.
