from the base of your mirror, it appears to be a flag, not a trap
from the looks of your trapazoid mirror the rubber base is for the flag style.
Of course it is three times as expensive for the trap ...

I would expect you could get between $1,500 & 2,500 for the lot based on the head being fresh & useable. The mud flaps alone go for $2-300 on ebay.

Almost always the turn stalk/high low switch. I replaced mine and all the issues dissapeared. That is a known problem.
