I have an M3 starter in my non-tii. It's awesome. Sounds great, turns over fast, is lighter and less bulky than the stock starter. It's not something you NEED, but it is a nice upgrade.

Others will jump in with more details, but I believe the turbo radiator is wider. It is not a direct replacement on a tii. You'll probably have to move the fuel filter at a minimum.
