The car does in fact have the tii style bosch fuel pump, and it looks real clean!!!. It also has a set of stahl headers, and a new alternator!!

Not sure if you mean tie rod ends or ???. Anyways, he might want to try heat, maybe from a small propane torch, if that doesn't work try some PB Blaster.

Fill the tire up with air again, and spray the tire with a foam type glass cleaner, and you will eventually find the leak when you see tiny bubble appear.

The windage tray should just be bolted in along with the oil pan, I think you are thinking of the baffle??

To make sure, check the resitance with an ohm meter. This way you will know for sure if the pertronix is faulty! If you don't have one, invest in a simple DVOM.
