The car does in fact have the tii style bosch fuel pump, and it looks real clean!!!. It also has a set of stahl headers, and a new alternator!!

Not sure if you mean tie rod ends or ???. Anyways, he might want to try heat, maybe from a small propane torch, if that doesn't work try some PB Blaster.

Fill the tire up with air again, and spray the tire with a foam type glass cleaner, and you will eventually find the leak when you see tiny bubble appear.
