I'll be using a radiator from a 82 323i for which upper and lower rad hoses should fit without any splicing. Thanks to my wife for her help. Still a couple inches away from being mounted, can't quite figure out where to grab the back of the engine block and still be able to remove the chain once it's mounted. Will try again tomorrow...
